    • Replenish and recover merchandise to company standard, and maintain a clean and organized sales floor.
    • Articulate current promotional events and brand loyalty programs with customers.
  • Drive Growth:
    • Minimize store loss by providing exceptional customer service and maintaining housekeeping standards.
    • Meet or exceed company productivity standards for operational processes.
    • Achieve daily goals as established by management.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated customer engagement skills and ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently.
  • High school diploma or GED preferred, with retail/specialty apparel knowledge and experience a plus.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers and employees.
  • Physical demands include ability to lift 40 pounds, stand for long periods, and climb ladders.
Availability
  • Availability to meet the needs of the business, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
  • Minimum number of hours not guaranteed.
