About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Snowflake Data Architect to join our innovative and dynamic team at Onebridge Inc. As a key member of our data solutions group, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying cloud-based data platforms using Snowflake, Azure, and AWS.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of data engineers in designing, developing, and deploying cloud-based data solutions using Snowflake, Azure, and AWS.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and architect efficient, scalable, and cost-effective data pipelines that address complex business challenges.
  • Design and implement robust data models and ETL processes that ensure data quality and integrity, enabling key insights for stakeholders.
  • Optimize data architectures for performance and cost using cutting-edge cloud-native tools and best practices.
  • Provide hands-on technical leadership and mentorship, guiding team members in the use of best practices, modern tools, and innovative methodologies.
  • Document data models, processes, and solutions to foster knowledge sharing and transparency across teams, driving continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience as a Data Architect, with extensive hands-on expertise in Snowflake, Azure, and AWS environments.
  • Proven experience designing scalable data architectures, including real-time, batch, and micro-batch data pipelines, with a focus on performance and innovation.
  • Proficiency in ETL tools such as Fivetran, Azure Data Factory, and Azure DevOps, with a particular focus on automation and streamlining processes.
  • Deep knowledge of data modeling, data integration, and optimizing pipelines for performance and cost.
  • Experience leading and mentoring teams, driving the adoption of cloud-native data solutions, and applying best practices across the team.
  • Strong command of SnowSQL, DDL, DML, and predictive analytics to drive data solutions.
