About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Cloud Architect to join our HPE Hybrid Cloud team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cloud native technologies, AI/ML pipelines, and experience with cloud-native architecture concepts. As a Senior Cloud Architect, you will play a critical role in building the future of cloud computing, designing and developing cutting-edge products for OpsRamp's observability SaaS product.

Responsibilities

* Design and develop cloud-native architecture concepts and ensure high availability, scalability, resilience, performance, and security requirements in the cloud.
* Implement the MLOPS paradigm and CI/CD in the AI/ML world, following cloud-native techniques.
* Actively participate in the design and development of AI/ML pipelines, AI Co-pilots/Agents etc.
* Guide and mentor less-experienced staff members to set an example of software systems design and development innovation and excellence.

Requirements

* 5-7 years of relevant experience in the industry delivering scalable cloud/cloud-native solutions with ETL pipelines.
* Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Information Systems, Machine Learning, Engineering, or equivalent.
* At least 2 years of hands-on expertise in defining, building, training and/or optimizing AI/ML models at scale in any of the popular ML frameworks.
* Deep understanding of Multi-agent/RAG/Advanced RAG applications, Prompt Engineering Techniques, Fine-tuning LLMs with an eye on inference performance.
* Familiarity with toolchains like Llamaindex, Langchain etc. is desirable.
* Must have strong knowledge of application failure modes, resiliency patterns, and techniques to enable robust, self-healing designs.
* Ability to effectively communicate product design proposals and negotiate with other stakeholders to achieve design consensus.
