Standardized Patient Interview/Physical Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Standardized Patient Interview/Physical Specialist to join our team at Brown University. As a Standardized Patient, you will play a critical role in providing learners with a realistic patient experience, allowing them to practice medical interviewing, counseling skills, and physical exams.
Key Responsibilities:
Portray realistic patient scenarios for learners
Memorize and review patient scripts, physical exam checklists, and other materials
Evaluate and provide constructive feedback to learners on their clinical performance
Demonstrate a wide range of emotions and adapt to different learning scenarios
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Experience in acting, performing arts, education, or healthcare preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to memorize scripted information and recall learner experiences
Reliable access to email for communication and scheduling
