\To succeed in this role, you should possess a strong desire to help others, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. You must also be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.\Responsibilities
\As a Compassionate Home Care Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care to our clients, treating them like family and exceeding their expectations. Your key responsibilities will include:\- \- Delivering exceptional care to dedicated clients in their homes\\- Helping execute comprehensive personalized weekly schedules and care plans\\- Completing daily tasks in a safe and professional manner (ADLs)\\- Providing personal companionship and ongoing social & emotional support\\- Assisting with personal care activities, including personal hygiene, mobility assistance, incontinence care, light housekeeping, feeding, and meal preparation\\- Maintaining order, safety, and client enjoyment at all times\\- Providing transportation to and from appointments as needed\\- Administering administrative functions, such as documentation of completion of tasks and reporting changes in the client's physical condition, mental capability, or behavior\\- Working closely with our team to ensure seamless delivery of care services\\- Participating in ongoing training and education to enhance your skills and knowledge\\- Adhering to our company policies and procedures at all times\\- Maintaining confidentiality and respecting the privacy of our clients\\- Other duties as assigned
