Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Steel Construction Project Manager to oversee the detailing phase of our construction and engineering projects.

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of our projects by meticulously managing all aspects related to detailed planning and implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Coordination: Oversee the detailing phase of construction and engineering projects, ensuring all detailed plans and specifications are accurately followed.
  • Documentation Management: Organize and maintain detailed drawings, schematics, and technical documents.
  • Quality Assurance: Monitor and enforce quality control measures to ensure compliance with standards and specifications.
  • Communication: Act as the primary liaison between architects, engineers, contractors, and installers, ensuring effective communication and coordination.
  • Scheduling and Budgeting: Track project timelines and budgets related to detailing, ensuring projects remain on schedule and within financial constraints.
  • Problem Resolution: Identify and address any issues or discrepancies related to project details promptly and effectively.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in project management, particularly in steel detailing for construction or engineering projects.
  • Strong understanding of technical drawings, schematics, and project specifications.
  • Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Relevant degree or certification in project management, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
