About the Role:
The Creative Project Manager plays a crucial role in facilitating collaboration between clients and internal teams by managing the coordination of creative initiatives. This position is responsible for overseeing the development of materials across marketing, branding, and communication projects, while maintaining a keen focus on budget management and project scope. The Creative Project Manager will ensure that projects are executed smoothly, providing essential support for all creative endeavors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Development: Enhance project systems, processes, workflows, and documentation.
  • Scope Management: Assist in crafting and managing creative scopes to align with project objectives and client expectations.
  • Reporting & Contract Oversight: Generate progress reports, aid in contract management, and ensure adherence to contract stipulations.
  • Resource Allocation: Support project forecasting by overseeing team workloads and tracking tasks to ensure effective resource distribution.
  • Deadline Management: Regularly oversee project timelines in project management tools, ensuring all deadlines are met and supporting the development of project schedules.
  • File Management: Maintain organized project file systems and ensure proper management of final deliverables.
  • Meeting Coordination: Facilitate and document internal and client meetings to advance project goals.
  • Client Liaison: Act as the primary contact for clients to ensure effective communication and project execution.
  • Project Monitoring: Conduct regular check-ins to assess resources, schedules, tasks, milestones, and budgets.
  • Kickoff Meetings: Organize and conduct project kickoff meetings to align all stakeholders on goals and deliverables.
  • Business Development: Assist leadership in the preparation of proposals and budgets for new project opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in marketing, communications, business, public relations, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of relevant experience in a similar role.
  • Experience in a professional services or consulting environment is essential.
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and visual communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with designers and specialists to achieve project goals.
  • Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with creative processes, including design, branding, content creation, and digital asset production.
  • Proficient in project management software and tools such as Asana, Canva, Figma, Google Workspace, and MS Office 365.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to manage client relationships and foster team collaboration.
  • Self-driven and capable of working independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
  • Adaptable to changing priorities in a dynamic work environment.
  • Ability to translate client needs into actionable project plans.
