Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Behavior Analyst to join our team of professionals. As a Behavior Analyst with Positive Behavior Supports, you will be responsible for providing ABA services to individuals, developing and implementing behavior plans, and collaborating with caregivers and other service professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify individual needs and develop personalized behavior plans
  • Implement behavior plans through direct intervention and supervision of support staff
  • Collect and analyze data to measure progress and make data-driven decisions
  • Provide caregiver training and support to ensure successful implementation of behavior plans
  • Collaborate with caregivers and other service professionals to enhance and integrate intervention
  • Attend regional meetings and participate in ongoing professional development
Requirements
  • BCBA or BCaBA certification
  • Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate Level Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Working experience in ABA, including practicum/internship experience
  • Availability for in-person services
