Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Business Development Initiatives: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations that drive growth and revenue for our flavors business.
  • Manage Regional P&L: Oversee the financial performance of our regional flavors business, including revenue growth, profitability, and expense management.
  • Lead Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with commercial, operations, and supply chain teams to ensure alignment and execution of our flavors business strategy.
  • Develop and Manage Budgets: Develop and manage budgets for our flavors business, including capital expenditures, operating expenses, and revenue projections.
  • Identify and Pursue New Business Opportunities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations that drive growth and revenue for our flavors business.
Requirements
  • 15+ Years of Experience: Minimum 15 years of experience in flavors or food ingredients leadership commercial roles.
  • P&L Responsibilities: Proven experience in managing P&L responsibilities, including revenue growth, profitability, and expense management.
  • Leadership Experience: Proven leadership experience, including experience in managing cross-functional teams and leading business development initiatives.
  • Strong Commercial Acumen: Strong commercial acumen, including experience in developing and executing business strategies, managing budgets, and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including experience in communicating with internal and external stakeholders.
