Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Book Keeper - Office Manager to join our team at Mr. Handyman. As a Book Keeper - Office Manager, you will be responsible for managing our financial transactions, including closing out service, cost management, bank deposits, material receipt management, account receivables, and office supply management.
">Your Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Transactions: You will be responsible for managing our financial transactions, including closing out service, cost management, bank deposits, material receipt management, account receivables, and office supply management.
- Customer Communications: You will be responsible for managing customer communications, including responding to customer inquiries and resolving customer complaints.
- Team Collaboration: You will work closely with our Service Professionals to ensure that all jobs are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Process Improvement: You will identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
Requirements: These are the minimum requirements to be considered for this position.
- 10+ Years of Experience: You must have 10+ years of experience in an office setting.
- 10+ Years Book Keeping Experience: You must have 10+ years of book keeping, accounting practices & QuickBooks experience.
- QuickBooks Experience: QuickBooks experience is a requirement.
- Solving Problems Must Come Easily: Solving problems must come easily to you.
- Background Check: You must complete a background check.
- Professional Communication Skills: You must have professional communication and phone skills.
- Experience in Skilled Trade Services: You must have experience in skilled trade services.
Benefits & Pay: The pay range for this position is $40K to $45K with benefits, depending on your experience.
