About the Role
Northeastern Center, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated Mental Health Technician to join our team. As a Mental Health Technician, you will be responsible for providing training and support to individuals with mental health conditions in various settings. Your duties will include implementing individualized recovery plans, conducting training sessions, and documenting client progress.

To excel in this role, you must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds. A strong understanding of ADLs and mental health principles is essential, as well as the ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times. We require a high school diploma or equivalent, and a minimum of two years' experience in mental health or community services. A valid Indiana driver's license is also necessary for travel between locations. In exchange for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary range of $42,000 - $50,000 per year, depending on experience, plus excellent benefits.
