Job Summary

The Senior Behavioral Health Registered Nurse provides high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals with mental health needs. This role requires a strong foundation in psychiatric nursing, with a focus on assessment, planning, and implementation of individualized care plans. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.

Key Responsibilities

Assess patients' needs and develop individualized care plans
Implement and evaluate the delivery of patient care
Provide education and support to patients and families
Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care

Requirements

Associate's degree in Nursing required
Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Wisconsin
Basic Life Support certification required
Bachelors of Science Degree in Nursing preferred
