Job SummaryAs an MRI Technologist, you will be responsible for taking medical images of patients using magnetic resonance imaging technology. You will work in a hospital or outpatient setting, preparing patients for MRIs, operating MRI equipment, and processing images for radiologists and physicians.
Responsibilities- Operate MRI technology to take medical images of patients
- Prepare patients for MRIs, including positioning and safety protocols
- Process MRIs for radiologists and physicians, ensuring accurate and high-quality images
- Maintain equipment and supplies, ensuring optimal performance and safety
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure patient care and satisfaction
- At least 1 year of recent experience as an MRI Technologist
- ARRT Certification
- BLS Certification (AHA)
- Current state license (if applicable)
