Key Responsibilities:- Lead and direct pharmacy staff, including pharmacists and technicians, to ensure seamless operations and exceptional patient care.
- Manage and oversee all aspects of pharmacy operations, including patient safety, regulatory compliance, quality assurance, customer service, personnel management, inventory management, financial profitability, and loss prevention.
- Develop and implement patient care programs to promote healthy outcomes and differentiate CVS Health from competitors.
- Collaborate with colleagues to drive growth and improve performance in the pharmacy.
- Adapt to change and adjust plans to thrive in a dynamic community healthcare setting.
- Active pharmacy license in the state of employment.
- Immunization certification through an accredited organization.
- Submission of required information/documents to the state PMP administrator.
- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm.D. degree.
