About the Role

We are seeking an experienced massage therapist who can provide exceptional service to our clients, promote a positive and supportive work environment, and contribute to the growth and success of our spa.

Job Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement customized treatment plans based on individual client needs
  • Create a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere for members, guests, and other spa professionals
  • Promote member referrals and memberships to drive repeat business
  • Maintain high standards of professionalism and cleanliness in therapy rooms and common areas
Requirements
  • Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) or equivalent certification
  • Knowledge of Swedish Massage essential; knowledge of other modalities preferred but not required
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with clients, management, and staff
