Located in Bakersfield, California, our 6-bed licensed Short Term Residential Therapeutic Program for Girls provides a supportive environment for young women to thrive.

Job Responsibilities
  • Schedule appointments for youth and ensure their timely completion.
  • Foster partnerships with local agencies, schools, and families to optimize program outcomes.
  • Pursue ongoing education and training through regular staff meetings and workshops.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Accompany youth on outings and appointments, promoting socialization and responsibility.
  • Monitor and support youth in managing their medication.
  • Establish and enforce clear expectations for behavior and conduct, promoting a safe and respectful environment.
  • Respond promptly to incidents, documenting and reporting as necessary.
  • Provide academic support, encouraging youth to excel in their studies.

A bachelor's degree in Behavioral Science or a related field is required, or equivalent experience in a group home setting.

Compensation Package

This role offers an attractive compensation package, including an annual salary of $65,000.
