Salary
The estimated salary range for this position is $47,400 - $71,000 per year, based on the job requirements and location. This competitive salary reflects the importance of the role and the skills required to excel in it.

Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled State Programs Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Planning, Science, Engineering, Business, Finance, or a related field, with at least two years of experience in government financial assistance programs. As a State Programs Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing, monitoring, and implementing financial assistance programs for water projects and infrastructure. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to provide technical assistance and support, and ensure compliance with state and federal laws and regulations. Your duties will include:
  • Serving as the subject matter expert for state funded programs
  • Providing consultative and technical assistance on program administration
  • Identifying and implementing policy and process improvements
  • Preparing and presenting reports to internal and external groups
  • Overseeing the allocation of funding for state financial assistance programs

Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You must also have knowledge of local, state, and federal laws and regulations relevant to program administration, as well as experience with Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Excel, and Access.
