Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Assess patients' physical and mental conditions through comprehensive physical examinations and medical histories
Order, collect, interpret, and evaluate laboratory and diagnostic tests to assess patient problems and healthcare needs
Prescribe, recommend, and employ medical drug therapies or other forms of related therapeutic treatments and procedures
Formulate and implement comprehensive patient treatment plans based on patient assessments, evidence-based medicine, and professional practice guidelines

Requirements

Graduation from an accredited program
Less than 1 year of experience
Certification as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) and Registered Nurse (RN)
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of hire or transfer
