As an LPN, you will be responsible for supervising nursing personnel to deliver nursing care and coordinating care delivery to ensure that residents' needs are met in accordance with professional standards of practice.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise nursing personnel to deliver nursing care and coordinate care delivery
- Ensure that residents' needs are met in accordance with professional standards of practice
- Coordinate care delivery with other healthcare professionals
- Develop and implement care plans for residents
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided
- 2-3 years of clinical experience in gerontological nursing, including experience with dementia populations
- Valid and current LPN/LVN state license
- Ability to read thermometers, charts, and testing equipment
- Ability to read, write, and speak English in an understandable manner
- $10,000 sign-on bonus
