Job Overview:

This role encompasses both In-Room Dining delivery and bussing responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and deliver all food and beverage orders according to established guidelines and company standards.
  • Conduct floor sweeps and retrieve all food and beverage trays to maintain sanitation standards.
  • Set up and deliver VIP amenities as required.
  • Service hospitality suites following established policies and procedures.
  • Complete all shift side work as outlined in the hotel's operating procedures.
  • Address customer needs and concerns to ensure a quality experience and enhance future sales.
  • Report all communications to the immediate shift supervisor.
  • Handle cash transactions in accordance with company policies.
  • Buss tables in the restaurant as needed.
  • Assist with delivering amenities to guest rooms, such as towels and coffee.

Qualifications:

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience:

Previous experience in a similar role for at least three months.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Basic understanding of customer service principles and restaurant operations.
  • Familiarity with standard cash-handling procedures.
  • Fluency in oral and written English.
  • Ability to see detailed guest checks and instructions clearly.
  • Manual dexterity to handle trays and food items.

Physical Demands:

This position requires the ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 lbs, including serving trays and equipment. Continuous standing and mobility are essential throughout the shift.
