Tenet Massachusetts is seeking a skilled Mental Health Therapist to join our team in Wellesley Hills, Massachusetts.

This is a full-time, ongoing position requiring 32 hours of work per week, with an 8-hour night shift schedule.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in psychology or a related field and be bilingual in Spanish and English. BLS certification is also required.

As a Mental Health Therapist, you will work under the supervision of the Charge Nurse to provide psychiatric care to adult, adolescent, and child patients. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Facilitating and providing milieu treatment, considering patient needs and therapeutic goals.
  • Ensuring quality and safe delivery of care to patients of all ages.
  • Collaborating with other unit staff in assessing and evaluating patient's mental status.
  • Initiating and maintaining a therapeutic relationship with patients.
  • Recording all appropriate information on patient charts and preparing regular reports.
