Job Title: Java Backend Developer

Futran Tech Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled Java Backend Developer to join our team. As a Java Backend Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable and efficient backend systems using Java and related technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop high-quality, scalable, and maintainable backend systems using Java and related technologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Develop and maintain automated testing frameworks to ensure high-quality code and efficient testing.
  • Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to improve code quality and best practices.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend and implement improvements to our systems.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in software engineering with a strong background in Java and related technologies.
  • Experience in developing and maintaining high-performance, scalable, and secure backend systems.
  • Strong understanding of design patterns, software architecture, and system design principles.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with cloud-native technologies, such as AWS or Azure.
  • Experience with containerization using Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Experience with DevOps practices, such as continuous integration and continuous deployment.
  • Experience with agile development methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban.
