Job Summary:
Pulmonx Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and integrity of our medical devices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform Inspections and Testing: Conduct thorough inspections and testing activities to ensure compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and regulatory requirements.
- Generate Reports and Documentation: Prepare and maintain accurate and detailed inspection and testing reports, as well as other quality-related documentation.
- Maintain Quality Systems: Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of quality systems and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, engineering, and regulatory affairs, to ensure quality and compliance.
- Identify Continuous Improvement Opportunities: Analyze data and processes to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance quality and efficiency.
Requirements:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree or equivalent industry experience preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience performing QA inspections/testing activities in the medical device industry.
- Skills: Strong understanding of quality systems, regulatory requirements, and industry standards; excellent communication and analytical skills.
