Job Summary:

We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Host/Hostess to join our Front of House team. As a Host/Hostess, you will be the first point of contact for our members and guests, providing a warm and welcoming experience from the moment they arrive.

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive experience for our members and guests
• Manage the front desk and handle all incoming calls and inquiries
• Coordinate with the events team to ensure seamless execution of events and functions
• Assist with the preparation and service of food and beverages
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to high standards of cleanliness and presentation

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds
