Key Responsibilities- Customer Experience: Engage with customers and patients, provide assistance with products and services, and resolve customer issues in a timely manner.
- Operations: Counsel patients on medication usage, perform pharmacist tasks, and ensure the pharmacy operates in accordance with regulations and company policies.
- People & Performance Management: Assist with staff hiring and training, reinforce performance expectations, and promote teamwork and motivation.
- Willingness to obtain a Doctor of Pharmacy (Ph.D.) degree from an accredited institution prior to the start date.
- Willingness to obtain pharmacist licensure from the respective Board of Pharmacy within 90 days of hire.
- Experience performing prescription dispensing activities that demonstrate a strong working knowledge of applicable state and federal controlled substance laws.
- Certified Immunizer or willingness to become an immunizer within 90 days of hire.
