Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to employees, tenants, and coworkers.
  • Maintain the building and grounds for assigned facilities, ensuring a safe and clean environment.
  • Oversee facilities-related vendors to ensure quality and efficiency.
  • Perform a range of tasks, including steel stud framing, drywall installation, door adjustments, and minor facility repairs/remodels.
  • Respond to facilities issues in a timely manner and ensure a resolution.
  • Assist with facilities-related compliance and manage recyclables and waste.
  • Maintain records for all preventative maintenance work performed.
  • Responsible for maintaining and operating fire and other safety equipment.
  • Recommend process improvements to enhance facilities operations.
  • Available on-call for emergency repairs at facilities.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 4+ years of experience in building maintenance or construction with knowledge of HVAC, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing.
  • Self-motivated and resourceful individual with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to gather and decipher pertinent information to make informed decisions.
  • Ability to drive and operate forklifts, powered pallet jacks, Scissor Lifts, and Aerial Work Platforms.
