Our client, a global Hedge Fund with $20bn+ AUM is looking for a Chief Operating Office to join their growing quant business. This client has had a fantastic start to the year - this is an outstanding opportunity to reach the top table of Global financial investing, being responsible for the overall direction of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement business strategies, plans, and procedures.
- Set comprehensive goals for performance and growth for the Quant business
- Establish policies that promote company culture and vision.
- Onboard new Quant Portfolio Managers
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience working in developing and managing teams at a Hedge Fund / Investment Bank
- A background in Portfolio Management / Trading is ideal but not required
- Degree in Science, Maths, Stats, Engineering, or similar
