Members of the Cath Lab team will report to the Cath Lab Manager.    Along with their teammates, this individual will be responsible for care of the Cath Lab patient.  Duties will include: Hemodynamic monitoring, circulating, and pre and post care of the Cath Lab patient.Documents and obtains accurate patient information for national registries.Performs daily quality controls for a wide range of equipment utilized in the routine care of a patient.Develops and integrates safe, competent and efficient standards of care for patients presenting to the lab.Uses critical thinking to identify and manage adverse events or unanticipated outcomes.Ability to communicate clearly both in writing and verballyKnowledge of anatomyKnowledgeable in radiation safetyAdvanced ECG and arrhythmia skills requiredFlexibility in work hours Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited Radiographic Program orGraduate of an accredited Cardiovascular ProgramOne year of experience working in an Cath Lab preferredRegistered as a Radiographer with the American Registry of Radiological Technologist - ARRT orRegistration from the Cardiovascular Credentialing International – RCISBasic Life SupportAdvanced Life Support within 6 months of hire
