Client Description: Outpatient setting
Location: Poughkeepsie, NY and Middletown, NY 2 sites
When: As soon as credentialed on an ongoing basis
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-430pm or 830am-5pm (40hrs/week)
Ongoing locums opportunity with permanent potential
Rate: Starting at $220/hr. + all expenses needed
Case load: up to 120 patients at the combined locations
Travel, lodging (if needed), and malpractice insurance provided by us
