• Assist with ordering equipment/cables/hardware via the appropriate systems (Fuze, 1erp)
• Manage Multiple Dashboards and PM trackers for team based success.
• Coordinate and manage specific installation designs and physical installations across multiple simultaneous initiatives; including installs, reconfigurations, decommissions, and First Office Applications (FOAs).
• Manage internal database updates, equipment configurations, cable running lists, floor space and rack placement, and detailed Bill of Material (BOM).
• Manage staging and receipt of Major and Minor project materials. • Accurately identify, monitor, report, escalate, and resolve technical issues encountered throughout the engineering and build process.
• Manage funding and PO requests of multiple complex projects and associated budgets, provide timely reporting, and effectively coordinate other engineers and Project Management teams.
• Manage and schedule multiple large, complex projects, balance workload in accordance with corporate priorities, effectively coordinate with Program Management, Construction and Real Estate teams.MUST HAVE SKILLS (Most Important):

• Solid understanding of telecom networking, networks and technologies, equipment designs and configuration procedures, and inventory.

• Excellent verbal and written skills for inter-organizational communications.
