Legal Receptionist

Are you a legal professional interested in a temporary role in Orlando, FL? You will be responsible for receptionist duties, answering phones, collecting and distributing mail, scheduling appointments and other calendar management tasks, maintaining and ordering office supplies, copy/scanning jobs, coordinating overnight deliveries, and other tasks as assigned. You will be supporting everyone with a mix of litigation and administrative support, so ideal candidates will be a pleasure to work with, with a no-task-too-small mentality. We are seeking a highly polished, dependable candidate with excellent customer service skills and a proactive, positive attitude.
Qualifications:
1 -2+ year(s) of relevant reception and administrative experience; previous experience in a legal environment is a big plus
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Outlook, and Excel
Highly professional demeanor, positive attitude, and excellent customer service skills
Hourly pay: $22-25/hr.
Estimated duration: 3 months
