Our typical patients range from complex surgeries to traumas, withdrawals and most things in between. Surgical Stepdown works closely with Mercy South surgeons, hospitalists and therapy services to use a multidisciplinary approach to assisting our patients in returning to their prior level of function. Surgical Stepdown is an excellent department to gain skills, knowledge and confidence.
