Grow, develop, and stretch yourself by continuing to find new and better ways to meet your commitments to yourself, your team and to JVL.Essential Functions/Duties: Set up and operate foreign object detection equipment Conduct safety checks and run calibration standards through unit prior to production Sort through rejects when there is questionable image on the reject or when there are excessively high levels of rejects Accurately track data from all production lines in an Excel spreadsheet Able to use SAP for calibration checks for HACCP Investigate any foreign object trends that emerge Set up and tear down x-ray machine equipment
Conduct monthly radiation checks for the x-ray Complete daily paperwork for the x-ray Keep x-ray equipment running at the correct specifications for each productExperience: 1-2 years manufacturing experience preferredSkills and Competencies: Strong written and verbal communication skills required
Strong math background is required Ability to navigate basic computer systems
