The Sanitation Supervisor role at the Dixon location supports sanitation projects , driving and supporting key initiatives to improve performance throughout the plant .
You'll add value to this role by performing various functions including, but not limited to:
Enforc ing all company policies and plant rules, to include but not limited to problem solving, development & implementation of standard operating procedures while maintai ning working relationship with the union by following the terms of the collective bargaining agreement.Recommend ing measures to improve sanitation methods, equipment performance, and quality of product and safety environment in the workplace .Executing on measurable performance standards for facility sanitation and periodic cleaningResolv ing personnel problems by analyzing data , investigating issues , identifying solutions , and recommending action which includes administe ring discipline, corrective action and coaching as needed .Supporting sanitation through development of daily schedules, allocating labor, and adjusting as needed based on resources. Important Details :
Th is is a full - time on-site role supporting 3 rd shift plant sanitation needs .
About You :
You'll fit right in if you have:
Strong knowledge of Master Sanitation schedules, pest control, sanitation effectiveness, and environmental monitoringBasic understanding of microbiological organisms and their impact on sanitary designStrong communication skills at all levels of managementPrevious supervisory experience, especially in a manufacturing environment - sanitary design in food manufacturing is a plus; Extra bonus if you are familiar with aseptic processing Your TreeHouse Foods Career is Just a Click Away
