Our client has a great opportunity for a Principal Scientist with dairy experience to lead new product development focusing on Co-drying and dry blending combinations of dairy, dairy flavors, seasonings, flavors, colors, and other ingredients; Seasoning and flavor development; Agglomeration and instantization of powders.Minimum requirements for this Principal Scientist position:Bachelor s degree in food science, microbiology, biology, chemistry, chemical engineering or related field requiredGraduate degree in Food Science, microbiology, biology, chemistry, chemical engineering or related field required (work experience may be substituted for the required graduate education on a year-for-year basis)At least 5 years
