Description
This position is responsible for MRI technologist duties. Responsibilities include performing MRI procedures, (setting up, scanning and processing of MRI exams). The position also is responsible for communication with radiologists and other physicians, patients and their families, and other persons. Additional responsibilities include performing quality control and reporting tasks, maintaining day-to-day schedules, starting IV's and contributing to the efficient operation of the department assuring the quality and continuity of patient care. May be required to take call.

Required Qualifications:
Graduate of a radiographic program approved by the JCERT, the American Registry of Radiological Technologists or the American College of Radiology.
Upon hire: National Registered Technologist - Magnetic Resonance Imaging or
Upon hire: National Certified MRI Technologist - American Registry of Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologists
Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
Preferred Qualifications:
1 year of experience in an acute care setting.
Hospital experience.

The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
