Overview

  • Full Time Hygienist in Jacksonville, FL
  • 4-5 days per week, Monday-Thursday or Monday-Friday
  • 7:45am-5:00pm
  • Sage Dental of Jacksonville Midtown: 2797 St Johns Bluff Rd S, Jacksonville, FL 32246
  • Hourly Rate or Percentage of Production (whichever is greater)
  • Benefits: Medical Insurance, 401k, Vision, PTO, etc.

Qualifications

  • State Hygiene License
