Keep electronic budgets updated with contracts, POs, invoices etc.Send out vendor packages and review for compliance before sending to accounting for corporate approval.Coordinate with accounting in getting vendors approved and set up for ACH payment.Data entry of land department invoices to development budgets (non-accounting role.)Data entry of existing and new contracts into build pro.Organize and file all land deparment paperwork including invoices and proposals.Proficient in MS office products, including MS project.Comfortable learning new technologies for Land Acquisition Processes.QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferredMinimum 2 years’ experience supporting land acquisition, land development and/or homebuilding preferredClerical support experience Valid Driver’s license and good driving record and valid auto insurance coverage requiredComputer expertise, including word-processing, spreadsheet analysis, project scheduling and data management softwareAbility to communicate effectively and concisely, both verbally and in writing. Must exercise initiative and achieve objectives with minimal supervision.
