Position Title:ZBB AnalystEmployee: Reports to:Operations ManagerDepartment:OperationsDate:Updated 12/7/17Location:Moorefield Prepared FoodsFLSA Status:Salaried Non-ExemptPay Grade: Author:Jerry HughesReviewer: Position Summary:   In two - four sentences, what are the end results or purpose of this job? Summary:Position focuses on complex (Further Processing Prepared Foods) ZBB tracking, analysis, and annual preparation.Essential Duties & Responsibilities: List from most important to least important·        Gather, coordinate, and communicate daily/weekly/monthly  processing & operation            ZBB tracking·        Help complex team build annual ZBB files·        Identify and analyze variances·        Track Utilities, Operating Costs, Packaging / Ingredient Waste, etc.    Supervisory Elements: Quantify and describe briefly (direct, hire, terminate, appraise, recommend, etc)Normally no supervisory elements. Decision Making Authority: Describe with examples and estimate of frequencyMinimal decision making.  Gathers, facilitates, and communicates Customer Focus:List principal contacts/customersInternal and External   Scope:Difficulty of Duties:  Must be proficient and knowledgeable of all aspects of Moorefield Prepared Foods processing procedures, QA, USDA, all Safety procedures Responsibility for Confidential Information:   Must keep all proprietary information confidentialLanguage Skills:  Must possess the ability to communicate and/or read and understand documents, regulations, company policies and procedure manuals.Reasoning Ability:  See list below:Must work in a respectful and cooperative manner with other workers, managers and supervisorsMust possess the ability to apply commonsense understanding to guidelines furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.Must understand the budgeting process and work closely with accounting to operate a cost effective plant..   EOE/VET/Disabled
