Position type: Full time Contract
Duration: 12 Months
Location: Londonderry, New Hampshire. 03053
Shift: Weekend Shift (6:00AM-6:00PM)

As an- Manufacturing Technician, you will:

The Manufacturing Technician will provide support to the production line with unit alignment, assembly, rework, and testing.
Follow and comply with documents such as work instructions, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions.
Assemble, align, rework and test, systems, components for optics assemblies and laser assemblies following specified work instructions and procedures to ensure finished product meets established operational cosmetic requirements
Work with RTV, epoxy, and other bonds/adhesives
Complete fine/complex assemblies with small components and apply bond/adhesives potentially with use of microscope
Make fine adjustments while simultaneously monitoring computer/screen output of unit resul
Operate complex active alignment stations and tooling
Use, read, and interpret oscilloscopes and other measurement devices/tools
Working knowledge of electronic, optical, and mechanical assemblies
Perform basic computer activities with programs provided
Identify, utilize, and perform preventive maintenance on tools and test equipment as required
Demonstrate comprehension of engineering prints and schematics.
Report deviations from standard to appropriate resource for review, instruction and authorization and obtains quality inspection when appropriat
Support Lean manufacturing efforts through continuous process improvement
Maintain work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition and follows prescribed safety procedures
Apply considerable math skills to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent.
Cultivate a culture that assures effective cross functional team wo
Perform job duties in a manner that complies with environmental, health and safety regulations, policies, and procedures
Demonstrate ethical and professional behavior in accordance with company values


The ideal candidate will have:
High School Diploma or equivalent
