This position provides skilled care to affiliate athletes including preventative interventions, injury assessment and triage, and return-to-sport readiness, as well as collaborating with ATI's clinics on proper athlete care management where applicable. Provide onsite comprehensive and coordinated care for athletes, including preventative solutions/interventions, sport enhancement training, sideline support to triage and assess potential injuries and staff, facilitate post-injury rehabilitation and return-to-sport, and support the Training Room Assist and monitor the rehabilitation treatment plan specific to the athlete and injury Independently manage the relationship with the affiliate by maintaining a positive work atmosphere and effective communication with all stakeholders Coordinate in-clinic rehabilitation transitions with ATI's PT/OT services where applicable to facilitate safe and timely return to sport.
