ask your Recruiter for details Job DescriptionThe Analyst - Lifecycle 1 is responsible for executing Innovation and serves as the Lifecycle liaison to the Operational Marketing, Sales, Planning, and Warehouse entities at the Sales Center level.What your day will look like: Interprets and delivers reports and analysis Identify data that needs tracking to improve business performance Accountable for executing daily innovation planning routines for Sales Centers and Production Facilities: Ensure roles, tools, and processes are standardized and that major change efforts are institutionalized Ensure DC Deployment is balanced optimally Ensure that optimized finished goods inventories are moved appropriately Support system maintenance via New Product Setup in SharePoint, SAP Material Requirements Planning (MRP) setting Maintain product supply in a volatile demand environment while balancing timing of replenishment, storage, and shipping constraints. As necessary gather forecast projections from Operational Marketing. Work with Operational Marketing to ensure Innovation packages are in place at the DC prior to the In-Market Date Participate in daily supply planning routines with Sales Centers and Production Facilities to provide status updates for Innovation readiness and Sales Center supply outlook. Inform daily the Supply Planning groups Communicate updates to the field as appropriate to support Lifecycle functions Oversees all stages from program design to the delivery of finished goods in accordance with carefully designed go-to-market Manage inventory levels for Innovation SKUs (stock-keeping unit), SKU Exits, Transitions, and In & Outs in Sales Centers/Warehouses Communicate concerns and inform various departments Participate in Continuous Improvement of the New Product Setup Process and own various parts of data management in Coke One North America (CONA) Performs appropriate duties as assigned by managementWhat you need to succeed: Minimum of 18 years old Valid driver s license required and obligation to maintain compliance with UNITED fleet policy Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required by position and compliance with UNITED safety policies Regular and prompt attendance is an essential function of the job Ability to read, write and speak English Ability to maintain a neat professional appearance within Company guidelines Ability to maintain safety and security of Company assets Ability to utilize all Company provided resources and technology Ability to work with all functional team members Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year College or university; or 1 to 3 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word) required Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel including complex formulas, pivot tables and VLOOKUP required SAP Experience preferred Supply Chain Replenishment, Distribution Resource Planning (DRP), Material Requirements Planning (MRP), and/or Procurement experience preferred Strong customer service, communication, organizational, and planning skills Critical, strategic, forward thinking Relationship development and management Technical understanding Continuous sitting, typing Ability to travel up to 25% CCBCU is an Equal Opportunity Employer Minorities/Women/Veterans/Disabled.
