We are currently seeking an Assistant Superintendent with a passion for commercial construction to join our team in our Indianapolis regional office. The primary responsibility of this position is to assist the Superintendent in delivering successful projects through a safe work environment, quality construction, effective LEAN planning & scheduling, cost control, collaboration with project stakeholders, and superior customer service. The ideal candidate will possess a desire for growth, long-term thinking, relationship building skills, and a growing familiarity with the construction industry.What You Will Do:Support Zero-Injury ProgramSite and building layoutSupport built-in quality construction processUnderstand drawings and specificationsSupport day to day supervision and coordination of construction activitiesExpedite building component & materials to maintain scheduleHelp develop and maintain site logistics planPerform other duties and responsibilities as requiredWhat You Will Bring:1-3 years of construction experience (including internships and co-ops)Advanced training in construction management preferredGood organizational, communication, and problem-solving skillsSkilled with technologyAbility to work non-traditional hoursWe build where we live, and it shows.
