You must have completed an accredited surgical technologist program and hold current certification as a Surgical Technologist. At least one year of recent operating room experience is required. Adherence to infection prevention standards and familiarity with electronic medical record systems are recommended. Skills in teamwork, attention to detail, and effective communication are important for success in this role.
