About the job
The Quality Control Inspector inspects printed circuit boards to ensure products meet quality
standards and specifications.
We're looking for someone who
● Has a high school diploma or equivalent work experience
● Has 2+ years of related work experience
● Can read blueprints and product specifications
● Has basic computer skills
● Has 20/20 vision with or without corrective lenses
● Can use magnifying rings, microscopes, and measuring reticles
● Works well in a team environment
● Pays close attention to detail and follows directions
What you'll do
● Inspect printed circuit boards for quality and compliance with specifications
● Identify defects, inconsistencies, and other quality issues
● Use magnifying equipment and measuring tools to perform detailed inspections
● Read and interpret blueprints and product specifications
● Follow established quality control procedures and instructions
● Document inspection results and communicate quality concerns as needed
● Work collaboratively with team members to maintain product quality
Physical requirements
● Must be able to perform detailed visual inspections for extended periods
● Must be able to use microscopes, magnifying rings, and measuring equipment
● Must be able to maintain focus and attention to detail throughout the workday
● Must have 20/20 vision with or without corrective lenses
● Must be able to sit or stand for extended periods while performing inspections
