The $7.8 million project is expected to be completed and open to patients March 2023. This facility is a continued investment in our Niles community and the health of those we serve. It houses a range of coordinated health services from diagnostics to primary and specialty care, all in one place, allowing us to deliver care to a patient’s whole family, right in their community.Lakeland Care Network:Lakeland Care Network is a partnership between your physician and Corewell Health Lakeland. We are the largest Accountable Care Organization (ACO) in southwestern Michigan. We are not an insurance company, but rather a comprehensive health care network of hospitals, physicians, and other providers who share a commitment to excellence.Our provider panel consists of more than 150 primary care providers, and over 800 specialty care providers who are dedicated to serving the health care needs of our community. As a team member in delivery of respiratory services, and under medical direction, performs a wide range of procedures related to the care of patients with general and specialized respiratory-related needs of various age groups.Essential FunctionsPerforms evaluation to determine respiratory care needs, and makes appropriate recommendations and changes in accordance with policy and protocol guidelines. Assesses effectiveness of treatment and accurately documents according to department and legal/regulatory standards. Performs point of care testing as required.Performs advanced evaluation, management and therapeutic procedures (interventions) for patients requiring respiratory assistance. Assesses effectiveness of intervention and accurately documents according to department and legal/regulatory standards.Completes and documents required education and competencies within designated timeframe.
