- As a Collection Associate, you will: Manage a portfolio of delinquent loans and initiate contact with borrowers to determine reasons for non-payment; Negotiate payment plans and settlements with borrowers in accordance with company policies and procedures; Review and analyze borrower's financial information to determine the best course of action for repayment; Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all collections activities and communications with borrowers; Escalate complex cases to management for further resolution; Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and strategies for efficient loan collections.
