Job Summary Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse
- Emergency Room (ER) to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards. Responsibilities Provide emergency care to patients with a range of conditions, including trauma, stroke, and psychiatric issues. Work within a 28-bed unit with fast-track and trauma bays, ensuring compliance with a 1:4 nurse-to-patient ratio. Utilize Cerner EMR for efficient patient documentation and care coordination. Participate in a rotating schedule, including weekend and holiday rotations with permanent staff. Demonstrate ability to lead and foster a teamwork environment in a high-volume, high-acuity ER setting. Maintain required certifications such as ACLS, BLS, and PALS, and pass a dysrhythmia test on site. Qualifications Active RN license eligible for submission. Minimum of 2 years experience in Emergency Room nursing. Experience in high-volume, high-acuity ER, preferably Level II trauma. Strong critical thinking and communication skills. Prior travel nursing experience is preferred. Current certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC preferred, NIHSS, COVID Vaccine Required.
