We are looking for a dedicated Cath Lab Tech like you to be a part of our team.Job Summary and QualificationsThe Cath Lab Specialist is effective in assisting with invasive cardiac procedures and other procedures performed in the Cardiac Cath Lab. The Cath Lab Specialist is a professional care giver who assumes responsibility and accountability for patients, under the direction of registered nurse, for a designated time frame and provides care to these patients via the nursing process, environment/instrumentation, and other health care team members. Performs other related duties incidental to the work described herein.What qualifications you will need:ARRT or X-Ray License in the State of Florida. OR Certified in cardiovascular technology OR Credentialed Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) or obtain within 6 months from hire. OR Certified Respiratory Therapist Current BLS & ACLS certificationGraduate of an accredited school of cardiovascular technology. OR Graduate of an accredited school of radiation sciences OR Graduate of an accredited school of respiratory therapy.Required  500 Hours of Interventional Cardiology Experience HCA Florida Highlands Hospital is a 126-bed acute hospital. We offer a full range of Emergency, Surgical and Inpatient and Outpatient services. We have served Sebring, Florida, and the surrounding counties since 1965.
