Responsibilities:
Maintaining employee records. This includes paper filing, scanning and data entry.
Coordinating hourly staffing for plant operations.
Assisting with benefits administration.
Vacation and Sick Leave tracking.
Assisting plant management in maintaining positive employee relations.
Assisting with plant safety protocols and accident investigations.
Assisting HR Dept with recruitment and onboarding of new employees.
Other duties as needed.
Qualifications:
Two years of relevant experience. (Previous experience in Human Resources or a manufacturing office environment preferred).
Willing to train the right candidate.
High level of organization and time management skills.
Excellent communication skills (written and oral).
Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Must have a high level of discretion and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
Ability to work independently, multi-task, prioritize.
Attention to detail.
Bi-lingual ability beneficial (Spanish).
